SECTION 4 - BOOKINGS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

All workshop bookings are subject to availability.

• Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance. Cancellations aren’t currently accepted, and rescheduling made less than 72 hours before the scheduled workshop will not be eligible for a refund.

• Refunds: Refunds will only be issued for cancellations made with at least 72 hours’ notice. No-shows or late cancellations are not eligible for refunds.

• Rescheduling: We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to availability. This must be made at least 72 hours in advance of your scheduled workshop.

• Private Hire: For offsite or onsite private hire, a deposit may be required to confirm the booking. Cancellation policies for private hire will be outlined in the individual agreement.

SECTION 5 - LIABILITY & SAFETY

By participating in our workshops, you agree to follow all safety instructions and use the provided equipment responsibly.

• Health and Safety: Manchester Tufting Workshops provides safety instructions at the beginning of each session. Failure to follow these instructions may result in removal from the session without a refund.

• Liability Waiver: You participate at your own risk. Manchester Tufting Workshops is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damage to personal property that may occur during a workshop.

• Age Restrictions: Participants must be aged 15 or over. Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Third-party content and links may appear on our site, but we are not responsible for any content or services provided by these third parties. Any transactions with third-party sites are at your own risk, and we encourage you to review their policies.
